Pace Scores 102% on Comprehensive Administrative Review

Community Action Agencies cover 99% of the United States providing programs and services to improve communities and empower individuals. Pace Community Action Agency primarily serves Daviess, Greene, Knox, and Sullivan Counties. As part of our Community Services Block Grant and CARES Act Funding, we are reviewed by officials at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority to ensure program and financial integrity and compliance. Out of a possible 244 points Pace scored 241.8 and received 8 bonus points for going over and above.

Dr. Bertha Proctor, Pace CEO said, “Given the hundreds of regulations that are reviewed, our score reflects excellent agency operations.  Monitors interviewed members of the Board of Directors and management staff to review processes and ensure compliance.  In addition, they reviewed minutes, HR files, financial data, and program files. I am proud of our agency.” Consistently during the review, Pace was praised for their ‘beyond compliance’ measures regarding technology and professional development.

Individuals are invited to connect with Pace via social media- Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In addition, program information and many program applications can be found on our website www.pacecaa.org.
