Public Notice to Bid - Mechanical Contractor

NOTICE TO BID

Pace Community Action Agency, Inc. is seeking bids from qualified HVAC mechanical contractors for work in our Weatherization Program. Successful bidders will install mechanical equipment, and other energy conservation measures and perform mechanical installation inspections designed to improve home performance using DOE, BIL and LIHEAP funding administered through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). Specific details of the project can be obtained in the bid packets.

Bid packets can be obtained by calling 812-882-7927, ext. 1209 or ext. 1231 between 8:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Competitive bids will be accepted until March 20th at 12:00 p.m. (EST). Criteria for selection will include capacity, experience, familiarity with project type, and bid price, more thoroughly outlined in the bid packet.
