Board of Directors

The public is always welcome at the Board of Directors meeting, scheduled the 3rd Thursday every other month (Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov) and other times as necessary.

The Board is made up of representatives of public officials, local businesses, industry, and other organizations, and representatives of the low-income community.

    Daviess County Board Member since 2007 - Mr. Jones is the Executive Director of Southern Indiana Development Commission. He holds a degree from Ball State University in Urban and Community Planning. Community services/memberships include:

    VICE-PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

    Knox County Board Member since 2005 – Joel is retired from German American Bancorp where he served as Regional President, located in Vincennes. His education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from IU. Community services/memberships include:

  • Jeremy Wimmenauer

    VICE-PRESIDENT OF PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

    Daviess County Board Member since 2008. Mr. Wimmenauer is an employee of Destination Yachts. He holds a degree in Engineering. Community services/memberships include:

    SECRETARY

    Knox County Board Member since 2004 - Marc McNeece is the AVP Branch Manager of Regions Bank in Vincennes. His education includes an A.S. degree in architectural drafting from Vincennes University. Community services/memberships include:

    Greene County Board member since 2018. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Greene County General Hospital. She has a Masters of Social Work as well as a non-degree certification in School Guidance from Indiana University. Community services/memberships include:

    Mr. Neal is a Partner/Attorney at Hart Bell LLC. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a JD degree. Community services/memberships include:

  • Jordan Orwig

    Sullivan County Board Member since 2018 – He has a Bachelor Degree in English from Indiana University and a Masters in Library Science from IUPUI. He is currently the Director of the Sullivan County Public Library. Community services/memberships include:

  • Laura L. Petty

    Daviess County Board Member since 2017. She is the Executive Director at Daviess County Community Corrections. She has a B.S. in Criminology from Indiana State University and holds certifications as a Medicolegal Death Investigator and a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician. Community services/memberships include:

    Daviess County Board Member since 2021. Ms. Murfee is a current Community Relations Specialist at First Bank, previously working within the City of Washington. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Vincennes University. Community services include:

    Greene County Board member since 2020. She is a Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Coordinator at IU Health. She has a Masters degree in Public Administration. Community services/memberships include:

    Greene County Board member since 2020. She is the Greene County Public Defender. She has a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Community services/memberships include:

    Greene County Board member since 2020. She is the Linton-Stockton School Corporation, Director of School Finance. She has a Business Officer Certification through Indiana Association of School business officials. Community services/memberships include:

  • Elizabeth Hilderbrand

    Greene County Board member since 2022. She is the owner and therapist at Insight Works, behavioral health private practice. She has a Masters of Social Work from USI and is a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana. Community services/memberships include:

    Jathan Wright

    Greene County Board member since 2023. He is the Executive Director for Autumn Trace. He is a graduate of Linton-Stockton High School and has a Bachelor’s of Science from Indiana State Uniiversity. Community services/memberships include:

  • Rebecca West

    Ms. West is a former Head Start Policy Council member. She holds an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Ms. West is the Billing and Member Services Supervisor with WIN Energy REMC. Community services/memberships include:

    Knox County Board Member since 2019. Mrs. Deetz is the Senior Director of External Relations and Interim Foundation Director at Vincennes University. She has a B.A. in Telecommunications and M.A. in Executive Development for Public Service from Ball State University. Community services/memberships include:

  • Pauline Rippy

    Knox County Board member since 2022. She has an Associate degree in Business. She retired from Daviess Community Hospital as Patient Financial Services Director. Community services/memberships include:

  • Emily Condon

    Sullivan County Board Member since 2021. Emily Condon is an employee of Vigo County School Corporation at the Deming Early Learning Center. She has a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with an endorsement in ELL. She has taught school for 30 years with 14 years in preschool and 12 years in kindergarten. Community services/memberships include:

    Sullivan County Board Member since 2024. Mrs. Woodruff studied at Indiana State University to be a special Education Teacher. She currently works as a Human Resources Generalist/ Trainer at Hamilton Center Inc. Community services/memberships include:

  • Matt Hayes

    Sullivan County Board Member since 2024. Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s of Divinity from Wesley Biblical Seminary in Jackson, MS. He is the Director of Hamiton Center South which servers Sullivan, Greene, and Owen Counties. He is a certified trainer in Suicide Prevention models of Q.P.R., Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adult Mental Health First Aid. Community services/membership include:

  • Nikki Shorter

    Sullivan County Board Member since 2024. Nikki has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is a Fourth Grade teacher at Sullivan Elementary School. Community services/memberships include:
