Pace Holds Board of Directors' Meeting
Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors held their meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19th at the Pace building located at 525 N 4th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 with President Greg Jones presiding.
Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Liann Smith, Chief Financial Officer; and Associate Director, Lori Williams presented reports. Doug Jones, CPA from Comer, Nowling and Associates, presented the agency’s financial audit report which reflected no findings or deficiencies.
Tai Blythe, Associate Director provided Head Start specific training covering the areas of eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment and attendance. The Board also reviewed and approved the Head Start/Early Head Start continuation grant application.
Pace’s next Board of Directors’ meeting will be held as part of the agency’s Annual Stakeholders’ Event which will be held on Thursday, September 19th at Highland Woods Community Building in Vincennes. For more information, please contact Pace at (812) 882-7927, extension 1217.
