Pace Holds Board of Directors' Meeting
Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors held their meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16th at the Pace building located at 525 N 4th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 with President Greg E. Jones presiding.
Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Liann Smith, Chief Financial Officer; and Associate Director, Lori Williams presented reports. Tai Blythe, Associate Director provided training on the roles and responsibilities of board members.
Among other things, the Board reviewed and approved the Head Start/Early Head Start Criteria for Selection and Bylaw Amendments. Upcoming events including Pace’s Boys and Beyond summer camp and STEM scholarships were also discussed.
Pace’s Board of Directors’ next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2019.
