Pace Community Action Agency Holds Board of Directors' Meeting
Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting was held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the Pace building located at 525 N. 4th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 with President Greg Jones presiding.
The board met at 7:00 p.m. in Executive Session to discuss the job performance of the CEO and returned to the full board meeting with a continued vote of confidence in Dr. Proctor’s leadership.
The regular board meeting included reports presented by Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Lori Williams, Associate Director; and Joel Smith, VP of Finance. In addition, the board approved a new agency-wide Compensation Schedule, and grant applications for Head Start and Early Head Start.
Pace’s Board of Directors’ next meeting will be held on Thursday, July 19th, 2018.
