New Customer Service Hours
The Board of Directors of Pace Community Action Agency, Inc. approved new personnel policies that revise hours of operation. Effective January 1, 2019 Pace will operate with new standard customer service hours. Customers will be served Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00– noon. After these times, buildings will be locked, and phones will automatically go to voicemail. Health Connection and WIC clinics will continue to operate on their current schedule.
Dr. Bertha Proctor, Pace CEO stated, “Pace is committed to providing a company culture that is sensitive to staff and customer needs. We recognize the challenging nature of our positions and the new hours will allow staff the opportunity to have uninterrupted planning periods and flex time.”
Pace continues to provide services such as WIC, Head Start, Health Connection-Family Planning, Energy Assistance, Health Insurance Navigators, and Weatherization. All Pace services and hours can be found on our website www.pacecaa.org.
