Pace Community Action Agency Holds Board of Director's Meeting
Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors held their meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Pace building located at 525 N 4th Street, Vincennes, IN 47591 with President Greg Jones presiding.
Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Liann Smith, Chief Financial Officer; and Associate Directors Lori Williams and Tai Blythe, presented reports. Susan Laughlin, Administrative Services Manager provided training on Results Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA).
The Board approved the 2019 Work Plans which outlines expected program outcomes. In addition they reviewed and approved the 2018 Community Needs Assessment, changes to the agency’s 401K Plan, and Personnel Policies amendments which will result in a change to customer service hours of operation. Beginning January 1, 2019, customer service hours will be Monday – Thursday 8:00 – 4:30 and Friday from 8:00 – noon.
Pace’s Board of Directors’ next meeting will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2019.
