Pace Community Action Agency Holds Board of Director’s Meeting
Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19th at the Pace administration building, 525 N 4thStreet in Vincennes with President Jim Jones presiding.
In Executive Session, board members reviewed the past year’s performance of CEO, Bertha Proctor, and afterwards a continued vote of confidence was shared with all in attendance. Other reports were presented by Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Liann Smith, Chief Financial Officer; Tai Blythe and Lori Williams, Associate Directors.
Board member Rebecca West presented a report from an Administrative Review Committee which evaluated the agency’s administrative processes. Ms. West shared that the committee was impressed by the amount of oversight, transparency, and accountability the agency has in all areas of operations.
Pace’s next Board of Directors’ meeting will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
