WIC Electronic Benefit Transfer Cards
Pace Community Action Agency’s Knox and Daviess County WIC Programs began issuing Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cards on August 15, 2016 for the purchase of WIC benefits.
Participants are reminded that they must attend their scheduled appointments as noted in their WIC Folders to have their benefit amounts loaded to the cards. Benefits can only be issued for a maximum of 3 months at a time, and November 15 started the beginning of the fourth month schedule. Families must return to the WIC offices with their WIC ID Folders and debit cards to have their next 1 to 3 months of benefits loaded as benefits DO NOT automatically load unless appointments are kept.
