Pace Community Action Agency Holds Board of Director's Meeting

Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15th at the Pace administration building, 525 N 4th Street in Vincennes with President Jim Jones presiding. Dr. Bruce Hatton, was installed as a new board member representing the Daviess County Public Sector. Dr. Hatton is a retired public school administrator and serves as adjunct faculty for Oakland City University.
The Board approved items for grant submission and planning for the upcoming year, along with the program planning for the upcoming year. The approved planning tool, implemented by the State of Indiana for all Community Action Agencies, identifies strengths within an agency as well as areas for improvement.
Other reports were presented by Dr. Bertha Proctor, CEO; Lori Williams, Associate Director; Liann Smith, CFO; and Vice President, Joel Smith. Pace’s next Board of Directors’ meeting will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016.
