Funding & Budgets  (Revenues & Expenditures Are Equal)

Head Start and Early Head Start proposed budgetary expenditures include expenditures necessary to operate the program. In-Kind expenses meet the 20% required match from the community. Head Start & EHS Training & Technical Assistance (T&TA)budgets are expenditures used for staff training & assistance. USDA line items are related to school lunch costs.
