Community Action = Economic Development.  Pace has a direct impact on our local communities.  Our mission is to encourage self-reliance and to improve the community.  We have provided services to individuals for years to improve their economic status.  We are just as passionate about improving the economics of our local communities.

We have in-house expertise from both the non-profit and for-profit worlds in grant writing, real estate development, construction management, business planning and direct loans, matching savings accounts, individual credit, and homeownership.
