What is Client Services?
Our Client Services component was established in 1975 and provides a variety of services through outreach, advocacy, and information & referral. Client Services offices are located in Daviess, Greene, and Knox Counties with staff available to provide assistance for eligible low-income residents. Our staff work in conjunction with other agencies and organizations to help ensure that needs of disadvantaged individuals are met.

How does Client Services help?
A Client Services Specialist is available in each of our locations to provide assistance by enrolling clients into agency programs such as:
We connect individuals with other in-house programs, as well. Should a person need additional assistance, we locate and coordinate the appropriate resources for them.
How do I seek assistance?
Contact the Client Services office nearest you in Daviess, Greene, and Knox county for an appointment. Residents of Sullivan County should contact the Greene County office for assistance.
