VINCENNES, (IN) – The Board of Directors of Pace Community Action Agency will hold their board meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. with an agenda being posted. The meeting will be held at Pace Community Action Agency's administrative building at 525 N 4th Street in Vincennes.

This is the Annual Meeting of stakeholders which will include representation from Pace Ventures Holding Corporation, the Head Start/Early Head Start Policy Council, the Community Action's Board of Directors, and management staff.

Jim Jones, Pace's Board President, emphasized that the all Board of Directors meetings are open to the public.
