Pace Partners with City of Bicknell and Crossroads Neighborhood Association to Host NSP Open House

Pace Community Action Agency, in association with the City of Bicknell and the Crossroads Neighborhood Association, invite the public to attend a tour and Open House event to celebrate “Crossing Over to New Beginnings” thanks to local dedication and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.

Four properties on Alton Street in Bicknell will be available to tour, including a new duplex and three single-family residences.  Amy Fehrenbacher, Project Developer with Pace Community Action Agency, says, “This Open House is a great opportunity for the community to see up-close the work that’s being done in this neighborhood.”

The Open House will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on May 14^th and from noon to 4:00 p.m. on May 15^th.  “If you’re interested in the financial eligibility requirements for purchasing one of these homes, or if you just want to see the progress that’s been made in your community – please join us,” said Fehrenbacher.
