Pace Community Action Agency Hosts FUDGE Week
As part of its commitment to promote positive male involvement in young children’s lives Pace Head Start/Early Head Start will be hosting F.U.D.G.E. (Friends, Uncles, Dads, Grandfathers, Etc.) week starting February 13th-17that all of our locations.
Pace Community Action Agency understands the importance of having positive male role models in the lives of all children. We would like to personally invite any males from our community and as well as all of our male family members to come to any of our centers and volunteer during F.U.D.G.E. week.
Here are just a few ways you can volunteer within the Head Start/Early Head Start program; read to the children, complete an art project, serve lunch, or just sing and dance with the children. “Staff and children love to have visitors and the chance to show off our excellent learning facilities,” stated Kerry Kroeger, PACE Head Start Site Manager.
For more information about the F.U.D.G.E. week or any of the services provided by Pace, call your local center or our main location (812) 882-7927.
