Pace Community Action Agency Held Board of Directors’ Meeting

Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Express with President Jim Jones presiding.

The Board approved items for grant submission and programming. Also updated company policies & procedures along with Accounting Procedures manuals were reviewed and approved.  Other reports were presented by Bertha Proctor, CEO; Lori Williams, COO; Joel Smith, VP of Finance and Vickie Cazee, VP of Planning & Development Committee.

In addition, the agency’s Annual Audit engagement was approved and Comer, Nowling, & Associates, PCwas selected to perform the agency’s 2010 annual audit with report to be presented at the July 21^st Board of Directors’ meeting.

Pace’s next Board of Directors’ meeting will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2011.
