Achievement of Licensed Home Inspectors

Brian Grumieaux and Jesse Akers, Pace employees, are now Licensed Home Inspectors.  After completing trainings and passing an exam, both are able to perform home inspections in Indiana.  Brian holds a BS Degree from Indiana University in Business Management and has 20 years of experience in construction.  Jesse attended Vincennes University and has 10 years of construction experience.  Additionally, both individuals are certified Lead Renovators and BPI Certified Energy Auditors.  For more information, visit Pace’s website at www.pacecaa.org and click on “Businesses” - then EnerSpect.
