Pace Community Action Agency Holds Board of Director’s Meeting

Pace Community Action Agency’s Board of Directors meeting was held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Express with President Jim Jones presiding.   

Keith Doades was installed as a new board member, representing the Low-Income Sector in Knox County. Reports were presented by Chief Executive Officer Bertha Proctor and Lori Williams, COO.  Also the Board approved items for grant submission and programming. 

Pace’s next Board of Directors’ meeting will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2011.
