Pace CAA Announces Spring Computer Class Schedule
There are still slots available for the spring schedule of Pace’s free computer training classes. As you can see from the descriptions below, these classes are designed to improve individual computer skills that can be used at home, school and on the job.

| 2/7/11 | Novice I | An introduction to computer hardware, purchasing tips, and basic mouse and keyboard skills. |
| 2/14/11 | Novice II | An introduction to computer files, taskbar, icons, copy, paste, open, close, and minimize a program. |

Computer Security and Privacy |
Learn how to keep your computer secure and some tips to help protect your privacy while using the Internet. |

The Internet and Social Networking |
Learn to navigate the world of social networking to keep in contact with friends on Facebook and Twitter; share photos on Flickr, attach files to emails; and find out how to navigate the web using favorites and searches. |
| 3/14/11 | Basic Word 2007 | Learn how to set-up a document, use the toolbar, and perform keyboard shortcuts. |
| 3/21/11 | Basic Excel 2007 | Gain skills in using the spreadsheet program. Learn to create and save a household budget. |
All classes begin at 6:00 pm and conclude at 8:00 pm. Participants can sign up for any and all courses. There is no cost to enroll, however donations are accepted. Register today by calling Chris Clinton at 812-882-7927 ext. 1258 or Bethany Bruner at 812-882-7927 ext. 1233.
Please note that all computer training classes are held in the computer lab located on the second floor of our administrative building at 525 N. 4th Street in Vincennes. The lab is only accessible by going upstairs.
