Pace Community Action Agency Holds Annual Stakeholder’s Meeting

Vincennes, (IN) – The Board of Directors annual meeting of stakeholders was held at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at The Country Club of Old Vincennes.  Jim Jones, President presided over the meeting.  Those in attendance include representation from Pace Ventures Holding Corp, Pace Development Corp, and board of directors, community members, management staff and policy council members.

Jim Corridan, State Archivist and Director of the Indiana Commission on Public Records, was the keynote speaker for the evening.

Travis Rusch was installed as a new board member representing Sullivan County Private Sector.  Also, the Annual Election of Officers was held with the following persons being elected to serve on the Executive Committee: 


James Jones, President – Daviess County

Joel Smith, Vice Pres. Finance – Knox County

Vickie Cazee, Vice Pres. Planning & Development – Sullivan County

Tim Trotter, Secretary – Knox County


Members at Large

Marc McNeece – Knox County

Laura File – Greene County

Warren Shake – Greene County


The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
