Substitute

  • Starting Salary: 7.30

  • Responsible for assisting staff within the Child Services Section. Incumbent will assist teaching and/or cooking staff. Position is on-call basis to cover for employee absences.

Accounting Specialist

  • Location: Vincennes
  • Starting Salary: $ 11.29 - $ 14.68
  • Application Closing Date: 2/28/2012

  • Responsible for completion of accounting transactions in the Financial Services Section.  Incumbent will perform daily accounts payable/receivable transactions, weekly payroll and prepare reports in accordance with General Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP), funding source guidelines, policies and procedures.
