In an effort to become less reliant on Federal and State funding, we began to operate for-profit businesses.  Following our mission to "improve the communities" and "empower individuals" our businesses offer employment and training opportunities to individuals as well as creates a tax base in the communities we serve.  Profits from our subsidiaries are directed back into our non-profit allowing us opportunities to improve existing programs, gives us a platform for innovation, and offsets reduced funding levels.
